In-stay cleaning is available on request during your stay. Request your cleaning at the front desk.

*Bear in mind this is a superficial 30-minute cleaning. If you prefer a more in-depth cleaning, you can also request it at the front desk for an additional charge.

• Please respect the quiet hours in the building. Parties, loud music and noises that disturb the tranquility of other guests after 10PM on weekdays and 11PM on weekends is prohibited.
• According to Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors to any tourist establishment for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation is prohibited and against the law. If there is any evidence or suspicion of this kind of act, Soul will immediately report to authorities and will proceed to cancel the reservation, with no refunds granted.
• Guests must register all their visitors at the front desk with their Cedula de Ciudadania, Passport; for Venezuelan citizens, they must show their ID and PPT. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian or present a signed and notarized permit with a copy of the legal document and civil registration of the minor. Any attempt to enter a minor without their legal guardian or present a false document WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. By authorizing the entrance of visitors, the guest is responsible for their behavior, which will be subject to these terms and conditions, Coexistence Manual and The Regulation of Horizontal Property.
• The guest may not concede his rights to the apartment to another person without the authorization of Casacol.
• The 1 bedroom apartment has a maximum of 2 registered occupants. Any additional visitor NOT registered at the check-in will incur a $100,000 + IVA ($19,000) COP charge to a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children per stay. For monthly rentals (guests staying for more than 30 days) the guest can have 5 free of charge visitors during their stay. After 5 registered extra visitors, any additional will incur a fee of $100.000 COP + IVA.
• Max occupancy per APT must be respected at any time and under any circumstances. If you feel like your stay is being disturbed by a neighbor, please report it to us.

If these rules are not abided, you may be fined up to $500.000 COP for each instance of disorderly conduct as per building regulations; this can also cause the presence of the police, energy cuts and if the conduct is repeated you can be expelled by the administration.

1. Payment: If you have not prepaid your tourism services, the payment in cash or credit card must be processed on arrival before the keys are given to you.
2. Check in is after 3PM and check out must be before 12 at noon. The late check-out is based on availability. Additional fees will be charged if you exceed the check-out time.
3. Credit card charge in case of damages: By signing this contract, you authorize, in case of damage at check-out, a deduction of up to $500,000 COP / 130 USD from your credit card registered on the hotel platform. We understand that accidents may occur, in this case please notify at check out.
4. Soul is not responsible for the loss of valuable objects that have not been left in the custody of our administration or reported to reception at the time of entry. Nor, for the loss of valuable objects left outside the security box or for the loss of personal objects when the guest receives visitors in their apartment. Any object found after the guest's departure will be kept for a period of 30 days. After the period, if the object is not claimed, it will be immediately donated to a non-profit foundation.

10. There have been considerable problems with guests throwing garbage, cigarette butts, etc., out of the windows. You may be fined up to $300.000 COP as per building regulations in case of these kinds of events reported to building security/administration.
11. Parking service is subject to availability.
12. Superficial cleanings are included in your tourism package, please check availability with the front desk. If you require a deep cleaning before the check-out please keep in mind that you must request it and prepay $85.000 COP + 19% IVA in advance.
13. If you choose to extend your stay, please notify us within 48 hours in advance minimum of your departure date, so that we can guarantee your booking. This prevents us from having to move you to another apartment.
14. If for some reason you have to terminate your stay before planned, keep in mind that we won't be able to refund your money. Casacol will not refund or reassess the amounts paid if the guest leaves before the planned date. In exceptional cases, the cost for one night will be charged as a penalty and will liquidate the value for one night and the value for the whole stay to the daily published fee.
15. The guest may not concede his rights to the apartment to another person without the authorization of Casacol.
16. At Soul Lifestyle we care about your safety. That is the reason why we offer you free insurance coverage during your stay. Our policy covers you in case of theft inside or outside of the hotel, medical expenses caused by accidents or emergencies, and death. Check out our terms and conditions on our website or ask at reception.
17. Soul Lifestyle provides a welcome kit, basic cleanings, guest insurance, free Modern Art Museum ticket, VIP black card with food and beverage discounts included in your tourism package. Soul Lifestyle is a prostitution free building and I will not participate in such activities. Soul Lifestyle is a drug free building and I will not participate in such activities. Guest Acknowledgements

My APT has a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Any additional guest not registered at check-in will incur a COP charge of $100,000 plus applicable taxes ($119,000). No additional guests beyond the maximum room occupancy can be accommodated. For monthly reservations, you may register up to 5 visitors at no extra charge. If you exceed this limit, each additional visitor incurs a fee of $100,000 plus applicable taxes (IVA) ($119,000 COP).

Max occupancy per APT must be respected at any time and under any circumstances. If you feel like your stay is being disturbed by a neighbor, please report it to us.

• I understand that additional companions registered will be the only people admitted into the APT.
• I agree to respect pool hours (9AM – 9PM) and the gym hours (8am – 8pm) as posted and if disobeyed may result in a $150,000 COP fine/infraction.
• I agree to respect quiet hours in the building as 10PM, and if disobeyed may result in a $500.000 COP fine/infraction.
• I agree to respect the privacy of the building's neighbors and maintain curtains and balconies closed at the appropriate times when the comfort of neighbors may be affected.
• Visitors must have a physical ID, in order to be able to access the building, and must always be registered at reception for the security of everyone.
• Absolutely no minors unaccompanied by their parents/guardians are allowed in the building. Any attempt to enter a minor without a legal guardian or fail to show a valid ID WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES.
• I take full responsibility for guests invited to the building, any type of damage, theft, etc.
• It's NOT allowed photo shoots and/or videos in the apartment and common areas.

Our accommodation services are exclusively offered for tourism purposes. Soul Lifestyle is NOT a clinical center. Therefore we DO NOT count with special cleaning and disinfection processes or special handling of biological waste. Soul Lifestyle WILL NOT assume responsibility in case a guest has any health complications after a medical procedure that has to be treated in a health center. We strongly recommend verifying the credentials of your health supplier.

• Por favor, te solicitamos respeto a las horas de silencio en el edificio. Están prohibidas las fiestas, la música y el ruido que perturbe la tranquilidad de la copropiedad en días de semana después de las 10PM y 11PM en fines de semana.
• De acuerdo con la Ley 679 de 2001, se prohíbe y es ilegal el ingreso de menores a cualquier establecimiento turístico con el propósito de explotación sexual comercial. Si se tiene alguna evidencia o sospecha de este tipo de acto, Soul lo reportará inmediatamente a las autoridades y procederá a cancelar la reserva, sin que se otorguen reembolsos.
• El huésped deberá registrar a todos los invitados en la recepción con Cédula de Ciudadanía, Pasaporte; para huéspedes que sean ciudadanos Venezolanos, deberán presentar su ID junto al PPT. Los menores de edad deben estar acompañados por su tutor legal o presentar un permiso firmado y autenticado ante notaria con copia del documento legal y registro civil del menor. Cualquier intento de ingresar un menor de edad sin su tutor legal o presentar un documento falso SERÁ INMEDIATAMENTE REPORTADO A LAS AUTORIDADES. Al autorizar la entrada de invitados, el huésped se hace responsable del comportamiento de ellos, el cual se debe someter a estos términos y condiciones, manual de convivencia y reglamento de Propiedad Horizontal.
• El huésped no puede ceder el apartamento a otra persona sin la previa autorización de Casacol.
• El apartamento de 1 dormitorio tiene un máximo de 2 ocupantes registrados. Cualquier visitante adicional NO registrado en el check-in incurrirá en un cargo de $100,000 + IVA ($19,000) COP para una ocupación máxima de 2 adultos y 2 niños por estadía. Rentas mensuales (huéspedes que se hospedan por más de 30 días) el huésped puede registrar 5 visitantes sin cargo durante su estadía. Después de 5 visitantes registrados, cualquier adicional incurrirá en un cargo de $100.000 COP + IVA.
• La ocupación máxima por apartamento debe ser respetada en cualquier momento y bajo cualquier circunstancia. Si notas que tu estancia está siendo perturbada por alguno de tus vecinos, por favor repórtelo de inmediato.

En caso de no respetar esta regla podrías ser multado por hasta $500.000 COP por cada conducta de indisciplina de acuerdo a las regulaciones del edificio, también podrá causar la presencia de la policía, el corte de la luz e incluso si la conducta es repetitiva puedes ser expulsado por la administración.

1. Pago: Si no has realizado el pago de los servicios turísticos de forma anticipada, es necesario que lo hagas en efectivo o con tarjeta de crédito al momento de tu llegada antes de que hagamos entrega de las llaves.
2. El ingreso es a partir de las 3PM y la salida es hasta las 12pm. Las salidas luego de la hora establecida están sujetas a disponibilidad y se cobrarán cargos adicionales.
3. Depósito de daños: Con la firma de este contrato, autorizan, en caso de daños al momento del check out, una deducción de hasta $500.000 COP/130 USD de tu tarjeta de crédito registrada en la plataforma del hotel. Entendemos que pueden ocurrir accidentes, en este caso por favor notificarlo al momento de la salida.
4. Soul no responde por la pérdida de objetos de valor que no hayan sido dejados en custodia de nuestra administración o reportados en recepción al momento del ingreso. Tampoco, por la pérdida de objetos de valor dejados por fuera de la cajilla de seguridad o por la pérdida de objetos personales cuando el huésped reciba visitantes en su apartamento. Todo objeto encontrado luego de la salida del huesped será guardado por un periodo de 30 dias, pasado el periodo si el objeto no es reclamado, se donara de manera inmediata a una fundación sin fines de lucro.
5. Por favor respetar las horas de silencio en el edificio. 7. El servicio de parqueadero es gratis, el hotel no se hace responsable de perdidas o daños en los vehiculos.

10. Han ocurrido inconvenientes con algunos huéspedes que han arrojado basuras, colillas de cigarro, etc. por los balcones o ventanas. Te pedimos que por favor evites estas conductas ya que puedes ser multado hasta con $300.000 COP por regulaciones del edificio en caso de que seas denunciado por alguno de los residentes o la administración del edificio.
11. El servicio de parqueadero está sujeto a disponibilidad del mismo.
12. El servicio de limpieza durante su estancia no está incluido en el paquete turístico. Si requieres una limpieza durante su estadía, por favor ten en cuenta que debes prepagar $85.000 COP + IVA y la incluiremos en tu paquete turístico.
13. Si decides extender tu estadía por favor notificarnos con un mínimo de 48h antes de tu partida para que podamos garantizar tu reserva para las fechas siguientes. Con esto evitamos tener que mudarte a otro apartamento.
14. Si por algún motivo debes terminar tu viaje previo a lo acordado, ten en cuenta que no podemos reembolsar tu dinero. Después de elaborada y pagada la factura de larga estadía, Casacol no hace reembolsos ni reliquida cuentas si el huésped sale anticipadamente. En un caso excepcional, se cobrará el valor de una noche como penalización y liquidará el valor de la estadía a la tarifa diaria publicada.
15. El huésped no puede ceder el apartamento a otra persona sin la previa autorización de Casacol.
16. Soul Lifestyle ofrece un kit de bienvenida, seguro para huéspedes, entrada gratuita al Museo de Arte Moderno, y una tarjeta VIP negra con descuentos en alimentos y bebidas incluidos en tu paquete turístico.
17. Soul Lifestyle brinda un kit de bienvenida, seguro hotelero incluído en su paquete turístico y una VIP Black Card con descuentos de alimentos y bebidas. Soul Lifestyle ofrece servicios adicionales como traslados al aeropuerto, tours y limpiezas durante la estadía mediante el cobro de una tarifa adicional. Soul Lifestyle es un edificio libre de prostitución y no participaré en tales actividades. Soul Lifestyle es un edificio libre de drogas y no voy a participar en tales actividades. Soul Lifestyle es un edificio libre de humo de tabaco y no participaré en tales actividades.

Declaraciones del Huésped

Mi apartamento tiene una ocupación máxima de 2 adultos y dos niños. El apartamento tiene capacidad para un máximo de 2 adultos y 2 niños registrados. Cualquier huésped adicional que no esté registrado al momento del check-in incurrirá en un cargo de $100,000 COP más IVA ($19,000 COP). No se pueden alojar huéspedes adicionales más allá de la ocupación máxima de la habitación. Para reservas mensuales (+ de 30 días), puede registrar hasta 5 visitantes sin costo adicional. Si excede este límite, cada visitante adicional incurrirá en un cargo de $100,000 COP más IVA ($119,000 COP).

La ocupación máxima por apartamento debe respetarse en todo momento y bajo cualquier circunstancia. Si siente que su estadía está siendo perturbada por un vecino, por favor, repórtelo a nosotros.

• Entiendo que solo los compañeros adicionales registrados entrarán al apartamento.
• Estoy de acuerdo en respetar las horas de la piscina (9AM - 9PM) y el gimnasio (8am-8pm) y no acatarlas puede resultar en una multa/infracción de $150,000 COP.
• Estoy de acuerdo en respetar las horas tranquilas del edificio a partir de las 10PM y no acatarlas puede resultar en una multa/infracción de $150,000 COP.
• Estoy de acuerdo en respetar la privacidad de los vecinos del edificio y mantener las cortinas y balcones cerrados en los momentos apropiados cuando la comodidad de los vecinos pueda verse afectada.
• Los visitantes deben tener una identificación física para poder acceder a las instalaciones del edificio y siempre deben ser registrados en la recepción por la seguridad de todos.
• Por ningún motivo se permite el ingreso de menores que no se encuentren acompañados de sus padres o tutores legales. Cualquier intento de ingresar un menor de edad sin su tutor legal o mostrando un documento invalido será reportado de inmediato a las autoridades competentes.
• Entiendo que debo tomar total responsabilidad por las visitas recibidas, así como por cualquier daño, robo, etc.
• No está permitido las sesiones fotográficas y/o videos en el edificio ni dentro de los apartamentos.

Nuestro servicio de acomodación está destinado para uso exclusivo de ALOJAMIENTO TURÍSTICO. Soul Lifestyle NO es un centro clínico, por lo tanto, el establecimiento NO cuenta con condiciones especiales de limpieza y desinfección, ni manejo especial de desechos biológicos, por lo tanto no nos hacemos responsable de complicaciones de salud postoperatorias que se deben tratar en centros médicos. Recomendamos verificar siempre las credenciales de sus proveedores de salud.
